Smile Sharing announces Kindness in Action month for September 2015

Smile Sharing is excited to announce September as

“Kindness in Action” month.

We want to encourage ongoing action and motivate people to practice positive thinking and actions which are proven to improve one’s health and life overall. Smile sharing believes sharing is truly caring and we’d love to see how you share your smiles.

Looking for ideas on how you can take part here are some examples:

- Saying "I love you" to someone you love.
- Sending flowers to a friend.
- Forgiving a friend’s debt.
- Writing a thank you note to someone who helps you.
- Encouraging someone who seems despondent.
- Letting a fellow driver merge into your lane.
- Offering to cover an overworked co¬workers shift.
- Saying "Good morning/day/night" to an unexpecting person.
- Buying a hot meal for a homeless person.
- Telling family members how much your appreciate them.
- Writing notes of appreciation at least once a week.

You see it doesn’t take much to make a positive difference in someone’s life.

Why don’t you make the difference today!!!

After all it has been said - a warm smile is the universal language of kindness.
